Milos was born and raised in Goldenrod City with three older brothers. He lost his father and mother at the age of seven when his parent's apartment complex caught fire due to a malfunctioning heating and airing unit. Milos never got over that unfortunate experiences, till this day is haunted by those vague memories of the past. When Milo's turned fifteen, he decides to move out her family home and left onto to become a Lawyer, and spent many years studying in Fallarbor Town under a criminal investigator while attending law school.
Years later, Milos moves back to Johto at the age of twenty-one and decides to become attorneys serve the people of Goldenrod City and residences who were unable get a good case due to unemployment or medical infirmity. However, after nine months Milos joins the Law forum secretly run by team rocket using to smuggle funding and people out of the home.

Which was quickly shut down by the Police, after the takeover of Goldenrod radio tower by team rocket.
He was completely mortified by what transpired under his watch and in his city and the heartache that followed afterward. He spent nearly four years in jail after being clear by all charge from I witness and police agents.

However, things did turn worst for Milos as he lost his Lawyer license, and shut down by Law forum he was serving under due to Residential complaints and lawsuits.
Months later, Milos decides to move back in with his three brothers apartment complex for bit rest and to find new employment.

A few months later, Milos was contacted by the Law Forum; he works under by one his associate, told him that new owner like to hire him back. Milos agreed but found out later that the Law forum he work under one change to the food industry. As many of the associate being sent to under branch of the company work as agent and advisor to the chief staffs. Milos was outraged, didn't want anything to do with the enterprise until met the owner himself Grey didn't care what Milos wanted, only want to use him benefit his agenda.

Grey did tell Milos that he was one who drops the lawsuit and paid the damage done to his associate and their clientele, agreed to let Milos do whatever want if want to keep his in shadow for the past. Milos knew he could refuse the offer; however, he didn't want let Grey action go on uncheck, or put anyone else at harm any of the people he has placed under is control. In the end, Milos agreed to become Chief Administrative Officer Dove and work under Grey, his right-handed man. And handle all the financial and image of the industry.

He looks up to Milos and Rowan as his role model and always pushing himself to help those in need.
